The thriving Spring Arts neighborhood, once home to a booming manufacturing center, flourishes once again through the efforts of an influx of creative and entrepreneurial businesses. Located between Northern Liberties and Old City, two of Philadelphia’s most vibrant communities, this is a growing haven for creativity, artistry, and innovation of all kinds, not to mention food, drink, and entertainment.

Lucky you.

Legendary acts take the stage at Bowery Presents Franklin Music Hall just down the street. Summertime brings the steel drums and yacht rock to the nearby waterfront venues. Union Transfer hosts all types of shows ranging the unknown to cult following. Just a few blocks up the map The Fillmore music hall has a performer doing sound check right now. The Winston recently opened across the street offering an upscale sports lounge perfect for watch parties and celebrating big wins. Food & Drinks

The city's most talked about bars and restaurants are right around the corner. The hip No Libs crowd to the north offers ground breaking establishments like Silk City Diner and Cafe La Maude. Chic Olde City eateries due south like Tuna Bar and Royal Boucherie offer up elevated fare. Along the growing brewers district on Spring Garden featuring Love City Brewing, Yards, Liquid Art Brewing Co. and Triple Bottom Brewing, you're bound to find something to wet your whistle. The Lucky Well is now open and new restaurants are popping up alongside the area’s building boom.

Parks

Take a stroll in historic Franklin Square or ride your bike along the river. Bring Fido to the Penn's Landing dog park. Just a few blocks west you can swing on the new Rail Park. The scenery of this city is all within reach. A state of the art bike path has just been built along the Delaware Riverfront and the Spring Garden Greenway is under final stages of design and documentation.
