The Building
A former tannery, 444 has been reinvigorated, reenergized and refurbished to now offer 100,000 square feet of prime, customizable office space in the heart of Philadelphia’s new creative district. Fortune flows through the halls, manifesting itself in clovers, horseshoes and triples, hinting to occupants that they’ve hit the workplace jackpot. But it’s the stately portraiture of some of the most dignified livestock ever to declare independence from the mundane that leaves no doubt that this is a building… of destiny.
